Stephen Lipton brings his jury trial experience in commercial and other complex cases in designing voir dire and assisting at trial as a consultant in jury selection. He has more than 40 years of practice as a trial attorney and consultant in complex litigation and jury trials in state and federal courts in cases involving construction and land development projects, building products liability, eminent domain, business transactions and trade practices, as well as major crimes. Throughout his career, Mr. Lipton served as lead trial counsel in difficult cases and headed up teams of lawyers, law firms and consultants to develop and handle complex trials.
