McConnell Lipton’s Real Estate practice, focused on business and commercial real estate transactions, is based upon Kimberly Barbar's extensive background in property acquisitions, financing, development, construction, sales and leasing of commercial sites, shopping centers and out parcel development, properties acquired from governmental entities for private development, large residential developments, and condominium development including conversions of residential apartments into commercial condominium projects.

Experience: Ms. Barbar's experience includes a broad range of representation of landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions including vacant land, planned unit developments, apartment and condominium projects, office buildings and other commercial buildings. She is well versed in assisting clients with acquisition of development parcels for planned unit developments and securing and negotiating financing for such transactions.
