Trial Practice: Stephen Lipton has more than 40 years of practice as a trial attorney in complex cases in state and federal courts involving construction and land development projects, condominiums, complex business transactions and trade practices, and eminent domain and government agency cases, as well as major criminal trial experience. Mr. Lipton is a Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. Terry McConnell has practiced civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Florida for more than 30 years, concentrating in commercial litigation support. His experience includes complex cases involving such projects as an airport terminal, a theme park, environmental systems, a courthouse complex and an NFL stadium, as well as numerous retail and residential developments in Florida. Mr. McConnell is a Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, is a member of the Roster of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association, is on the panel of arbitrators of the National Futures Association, and has conducted numerous securities, commodities and construction arbitrations.

Appellate Practice: Terry McConnell provides McConnell Lipton's clients representation for appeals in a wide variety of construction and commercial cases. He has appeared in state and federal appellate courts over the past 30 years, briefing and arguing well over 100 appeals including cases of first impression before the Florida Supreme Court.
