Stephen N. Lipton has more than 40 years of practice as a trial attorney and consultant in complex litigation and trials in state and federal courts including in cases and claims involving building products liability, business transactions and trade practices, construction and land development in both commercial and condominium projects, eminent domain, and major crimes, as well as construction contracting in major public works projects. Throughout his career, he managed litigation departments for law firms, took over as lead trial counsel in difficult cases on short notice, and headed up teams of lawyers, law firms and consultants to develop and handle complex trials. Mr. Lipton has also served as a jury consultant and expert witness.

Mr. Lipton earned his LL.B. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. He has taught as an instructor in evidence at University of Miami School of Law and lectured to the Bar at CLE seminars. Mr. Lipton is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator.
