Uniqueness is the Challenge: McConnell Lipton LLP Consultants to Lawyers provides the support that assists lawyers facing unique challenges in difficult cases. Complex, commercial and construction litigation is particularly suited to a non-static, case-oriented approach to organization. Working with our client firms, we generate solutions to difficult size, issues, complexity, deadlines, and personnel requirements in cases where the in-house capabilities of a firm may not be sufficient to form the proper team needed to conduct every phase of the litigation. The Lawyer’s Consultants from our firm work with law firms to complement their resources with our own, in order to amplify the capabilities and scope of services each firm can deliver to its clients.

Lawyers are Our Clients: The Lawyer’s Consultants from McConnell Lipton provide litigation, trial and appellate consultation, support and assistance to lawyers. Our focus is upon filling other firms’ needs in complex, commercial and construction litigation, trials and appeals. We enter into engagements either as an independent contractor, “of counsel” or jointly with our client firms and their clients. At no time, however, does McConnell Lipton accept direct engagements from clients of the firms to which we provide our services.
